Now you find a selection of dishes that in my life have evoked memories and passions. I would like to take you on a small journey through these flavors and scents.
For me cooking is a creative and amusing action, I would say almost playful. At each stage of the recipes there is a precious moment that leads to the final result. I hope that this result will accompany you to the frontier of new tastes and experiences because it is the memory of what you will taste that will take your leave.
